As delivery environments became more complex, leaders needed clarity – fast.

We were relying on instinct, not evidence. Reviews took weeks and delivered little.

So I built a five-day delivery review that combined high-trust consulting with automated insight – surfacing delivery risks, strategic enablers, and next steps fast.

My Role

As Principal Engineer, I designed the full review format:

• Review structure, artefact templates, and interview workflows
• Automated signal extraction from interviews and delivery artefacts
• Applied and refined the format in a live Secure Delivery Review for a global insurer

Key Contributions

• Designed a 5-day review blending surveys, interviews, and walkthroughs
• Built an AI-powered synthesis pipeline to tag themes, map friction, and accelerate insight
• Delivered a bespoke Secure Delivery Review across regulated delivery and vendor teams
• Produced board-level reports with maturity snapshots, quick wins, and strategic enablers
